Dear all...

I\'m here once again...

I want to apologize once again for my language, but I don\'t speak German (I\'m an 23 Italian Mog Lover).

I write in this section to ask something about my \"NEW\" 411. 118.

First of all, I apologize with you because I\'m going to modify my Mog in \"Fun-Way\"... I\'m going to be quitly far to original.

My questions...

1) I have a oil diff lock, they doesn\'t work... Probably I have a loss inside the axels... but I don\'t know the \"contruction\" of them... Anyone in you Have some techincal design of the AXELS??? Before gonig to take apart the axels, I prefer to have some designs...

2) The engine works very very good (it have like 1099 km... original!!!) but I think is insufficient for my use... I explain, I don\'t want to make any race, but on the Mud my Mog is \"embarassed\"... If I be able to use also the 3rd gear and not only the first slow 2...
I had thought that is possible that the OM616 (the G engine) probably was good to be mounted on the Mini-Mog... Any one have some experiences???

I\'m very happy to have found a comunity of Mog Lovers!!!

First of all - there are no stupid questions - there are only stupid answers, aren\'t they ?

;)

But let\'s come to the point: If you give me your email address I will send you an explosive drwg of the rear axle for detail information.

However, why do you intend to equip your 411 with a different engine ? Why not buy a different Mog instead with a higher power output and leave the 411 as is?

Many of us in this community would be glad having a 411 with 1,099 kms only (at least I would) :D

So my recommendation to you is: Look for a bigger Power-Mog and leave the poor 411 as is.

Dear Gerhard,

the problem that we have found only a 411 in very very good condition, the other Mog we have found was in condition that need a long work to make they work good.

The 411 will be used for fun and for some little competition, so we need little more motor.

I, also as you do, think that another kind of Mog was better, but we\'ve find this one (probably there are other in very good condition, if you are interesed).

I\'ve a question, there is anyone that can traslate my posts, so I can (I hope) receive just little more answer to my question?

Another think, I know that is no good to modifiy a 411, but we like this and it haven\'t the too high weight of the other powerfull-Mog.

Hi Anton,

I think, it is not because of writing in english, that you do not recieve answers. It is because only a very few people have done what you plan to do. In germany we have the technical observation TÜV :casstet: :casstet: whitch has to inspect every vehicle on the streets ans they say NO NO NO! to build another engine into the 411. So there ist no legal way to put another more powerful engine into the 411 and drive on german streets. So if you want to put in an other engine, you have to make your own expiriences. I think, the other parts are quite stable enought for more power but you have to find it out by your own.

I know you have TUV and you are very lucky, because with the TUV if you want do somethink, you have only to do some inspection, but you can do like what you want...

Here in Italy, we have a lot of problem wih our omologation, we cannot do anythink!!!

One of the way to have some accessories omologated on our veichles is to \"imoprt\" them in Germany, make the omologation by the TUV and \"re-import\" in Italy good omologathed, its less expansive then pass trought the MCTC (italian TUV, more or less) and we can have something that is impossible with our MCTC. This is our situation...

SO... Is natural that we use the 411 only on the forest... and it will be moved with a camion...

I didn\'t belive that change the engine on the 411 was an operation thinked only by me, because the engine is very old and is very hard find onother egual... So if there is some problems with this engine, the easier way is to change this one with another one...

So... the 240 engine is the same mounted on the Gelandewagen? whit like 72 hp? I think it will be very fun have this motor on the 411!!!
